Pick-Up Orders

I live locally. Can I place an order for pick-up rather than having it shipped?

Yes, you can! Pick up orders are available for Southern California residents within a 50-mile radius of our facility. Just select the “Pick Up” option at check out. You must still enter in a Shipping Address even if you’re picking up your order.

What if I’m outside of the 50-mile radius but am still able to pick up my order locally?

If you fall outside of our 50-mile shipping radius but would still like to pick up your order instead of shipping it, please give our Customer Service team a call at 800-551-7627 and place your order with us over the phone instead. We will be happy to accommodate you!

 

Will I be charged any fees if I choose to pick up my order?

We do not charge any processing fees for pick-up orders, it’s free!

 

How quickly will my pick-up order be processed?

Please allow two hours for order processing upon placing your order with us on the web.

 

Is there a cut off time to pick up my order the same day?

Any order placed before 2pm PST can still be picked up same day. Any order placed after 2pm PST will not be available for pick-up until the following business day.

 

What are your pick-up hours?

Orders are available for pick up at our warehouse located at 422 N. Smith Ave., Corona, CA 92878 Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm PST.

 

Is your facility open to the public?

Unfortunately, we are not open to the general public. If you would like to place an order for pick up, please call our office directly at 800-551-7627 or place your pick-up order directly on our website.

 

Shipping

Do you offer International shipping options?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the contiguous U.S.

Please feel free to email us at sales@naturesspecialties.com with your location, and we can determine if we have a distributor in your area who can sell to you.

 

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

We cannot ship orders to any PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for shipping.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $200 or more within the contiguous United States! Your free standard shipping option will populate at checkout once this minimum is reached.

 

If I don’t meet the minimum for free standard shipping, how much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates are calculated based off of UPS rates, including surcharges.

Rates are dependent on the weight, size, and destination of your package. Large items may incur higher shipping rates due to their dimensions, and heavy items may incur higher shipping rates due to their weight.

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 24 hours for order processing for in-stock items. This excludes weekends and holidays.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day after order is received. We ship via UPS only (some exclusions may apply). Except for holiday periods, orders should be received within 5-7 business days after your order has processed and shipped.

As you may be aware, we are receiving an influx in volume and demand for our grooming products, and we are doing everything we can to ensure our customers receive their products in a timely manner.

Our staff continues to ship orders Monday-Friday; however, the effects of COVID-19 and supply chain issues have caused extreme shipping delays worldwide. Please be aware that your package may not arrive when expected and our current carrier transit times are estimations. We cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.

I listed an incorrect shipping address by mistake when I placed my order. Can you reroute my package to the correct address?

It is the responsibility of the buyer (you) to ensure you list the proper shipping address on your order. Nature’s Specialties is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses will result in a delay in shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply on the reship of your order.

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, please call our Customer Service team immediately at 800-551-7627 to provide us with a correct address to ship and we will modify your order.

 

An item on my order is out of stock and has been backordered. When will I receive this item?

We make every effort to ensure that all items advertised on our website are available and in stock for purchase. However, due to an increase in popularity of our products, some items may be temporarily out of stock at any given time. At this time, we are no longer accepting any back orders on web or call-in orders received. If an item on your order has been placed on backorder and is out of stock, we will do our best to contact you immediately via phone or email and provide you with options for your order, which include:
