Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?

Nature’s Specialties is proud to offer Wholesale/Pet Professional pricing to qualified customers! The wholesale discount will be up to 50% off the current listed Retail Price on our website.


Who is considered a Wholesale Customer?

If you currently work in the Pet Industry as a Grooming Professional, Pet Retailer (Physical Brick & Mortar Storefront), Pet Spa, Pet Hotel, Veterinarian or other Pet Service and Supply Industry, you may qualify for a Wholesale Account!

Please Note: We require proof of business in order to qualify for Professional Pricing. Please submit to us a copy of your Business License, Tax EIN Letter, or Resale Certificate in order to qualify.

 Our Wholesale/Pet Professional Pricing is for Industry Professionals only. Nature’s Specialties does not provide Wholesale pricing to customers selling our products online (company websites, Amazon, or other e-commerce providers) or anyone outside of our Industry.


How can I become a Wholesale Customer?

Simply click on the Get Wholesale Pricing Today tab on our website and fill out all required fields within the Wholesale Application.

You are required to upload a copy of your Business License in order to submit this form. Failure to do so will result in an error message display and your application will not be processed.

What if my state doesn’t require me to have a Business License to operate as a groomer?

If your state doesn’t require a Business License to operate as a groomer, we can take the following forms in its place:


What if I don’t have ANY of the required paperwork to apply for Wholesale Pricing?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide Wholesale/Pet Professional Pricing unless we receive one of the above required forms, no exceptions.


My pet business is located outside of the Contiguous United States. Can I register to become a Wholesale/Pet Professional Customer?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the Contiguous U.S., therefore we can only provide our Contiguous US customers with Wholesale/Pet Professional Pricing.

Please feel free to email us at sales@naturesspecialties.com with your location, and we can determine if we have a distributor in your area who can sell to you.


I’m having trouble signing into my Wholesale Account. What should I do?

Please contact Customer Service at 800-551-7627 with your sign in issue and we will help you to resolve.


I have a Wholesale Account, but I was charged Retail Pricing. Why?

If you have an active and approved Wholesale/Pet Professional Account, but you were charged Retail pricing, this means you were not signed into your Wholesale Account when you placed your order on our website.

You as a customer must ensure you are always signed into your Wholesale/Pet Professional Account when placing orders on our website. Failure to ensure proper login will result in you paying Retail Pricing on your orders.

If your order has already been processed and shipped with Retail Pricing, we will not refund your order or apply a credit to your account.

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, please call Customer Service as soon as possible at 800-551-7627. We will cancel your order before it ships and instruct you to either place a new order on your Wholesale/Pet Professional account online, or we can assist you in placing a new order on your Wholesale Account over the phone.
